Dr. Patricia Wagner, a native of Long Island, New York, has emerged as a distinguished veterinarian, calling the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada, home. With a solid educational foundation, she earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees from the prestigious Cornell University. Building on this foundation, Dr. Wagner pursued her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) at Ross University, completing her clinical year at LSU.Driven by a commitment to comprehensive care, Dr. Wagner has supplemented her formal education with an impressive array of certifications. She is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (cVMA) through Colorado State University, showcasing her expertise in acupuncture for both large and small animals. Additionally, she holds the title of a Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner (CVPP) awarded by the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management (IVAPM), demonstrating her dedication to understanding and managing pain in animals. Dr. Wagner is also a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT) via the Canine Rehabilitation Institute, a testament to her proficiency in rehabilitation techniques.Notably, Dr. Wagner is a Certified Fear Free Practitioner, emphasizing her commitment to creating low-stress environments for her patients. She has a special interest in feline medicine and the recognition and treatment of pain in feline species. One never stops learning and she continues to feed my interest in integrative therapies so that she can be the most excellent practitioner she can be.Beyond her impressive professional achievements, Dr. Wagner finds solace and joy in a variety of outdoor activities, including tennis, cycling, riding dressage, and hiking. Her home in Las Vegas is shared with a loving feline and avian family, embodying her commitment to holistic living.
