Dr. Kenney received her DVM from North Carolina State University. She subsequently completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at The Animal Medical Center in New York City, followed by a clerkship in Small Animal Emergency Medicine and Surgery at Michigan Veterinary Specialists. Dr Kenney completed her residency in Emergency and Critical Care from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and became board certified in Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care in 2012. Her professional interests include sepsis, multiple organ dysfunction syndromes, traumatic brain injury, and cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation.

In her free time, Dr Kenney enjoys health and fitness, dancing, traveling to explore new places, and spending time with her four-legged family – her two cats, Biscotti and Zafira.
