Thank you for beginning the specialty appointment check-in process.
If you are a new client, you would have received a link to complete the new client paperwork after booking your appointment. If you did not complete the new client paperwork, please do so now by clicking on this link: New Client Registration
If you are a returning client, please disregard this link.
Once we have received your new client paperwork (which sends to us via email automatically when you complete it), a technician or assistant will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet to bring inside to see the specialist.
The specialist will then examine your pet and contact you to discuss their findings and make treatment recommendations.
A breakdown of all the costs associated with treatment will be emailed to you for review and authorization. Payment for the treatment plan is required at the time of service and a deposit can be collected via a text link or credit card over the phone.
After receiving authorization on the estimate, the care team will begin the treatments and update you throughout the process. If treatment will be lengthy, you may proceed home or wherever is most comfortable until time to pick up your pet. Please keep your cell phone handy so we may contact you throughout the day. If treatment is relatively quick, we may ask you to wait in your car until we can complete the treatments.
Once the treatment is complete, discharge instructions will be prepared and discussed with you, the invoice for all treatment will be finalized and your pet will be returned to you.
A detailed report will also be submitted to your primary care veterinarian, to keep them apprised of the entire visit, findings, results, diagnostics, and treatments that were performed at LAASER.
