Greg started with veterinary medicine at a small family-owned general practice hospital as a Kennel Attendant while working through the RVT program at MTSAC in Walnut, CA. Through the course, he found a love for client service and moved to the reception team at an ER and Specialty Hospital. Greg worked with VCA CVS Ontario for 5.5 years wearing multiple hats including Reception, Doctor’s Assistant, Front Desk Trainer, and Referral Coordinator. Greg always wanted to venture into management, so he sought out a new opportunity with LAASER. LAASER hired him as a Client Service Representative then Greg joined the Internal Medicine Team as a DA, but Greg quickly transitioned to leading the the Client Services Team and became a Client Service Manager. He strives to learn as much as possible and continuously looks for professional growth opportunities. He has learned a lot with LAASER and looks forward to developing further with the hospital. Greg’s passion is client service, and he always puts himself into the shoes of a client in order to deliver the best service possible. Greg enjoys managing a team who is goal driven. In his spare time, he is more of a homebody, and enjoys being with his two dogs, August and Jughead.
